The last stop on this itinerary is Center Point Silom without breakfast.
There are many restaurants nearby, good transportation, and convenient facilities.
Breakfast was just okay, but since our flight was in the morning, we woke up at 5 a.
m.
, washed our faces, and left, so we decided not to include breakfast.
Deluxe Room Twin + Double is a connecting room.
Center Point is a bit old, but has a spacious room.
Even though it is a deluxe room, it has a sink, microwave, hot plate, large refrigerator, simple dishes, and a bathtub.
The downside is noise.
The outdoor air conditioner units are running one by one on the veranda, and ambulances often pass by.
We’re okay with this.
After unpacking and eating, we head to River City for cultural activities.

gl/N9389mUyb5NLy4F5A It’s within walking distance from my accommodation, so as I walk, I see students wearing school uniforms passing by with bouquets of flowers and various stickers attached to their uniforms.
I think they had a Valentine’s Day event.
There are various exhibition halls in River City, and I was able to see artists working in person.
Admission is free for all.
.
After looking around, I took a boat from Sea Phraya Pier to Icon Siam.
5 baht per person.
Just cross the river and you will be dropped off at Icon Siam Pier 4.
Check Google Maps there to get there.
There is some distance.
ICONSIAM is still very crowded.
I bought two Thai tea mixes (175 baht here) and drinks at Chatramu and was sad to just go back, so I bought two Thai snacks.
This is chewy and sweet, like rice cake, and there are many different types.
It was delicious, so I bought it last time when I saw it at the supermarket that my kids were giving it to their friends (it was green, like junk food), but I don’t know if it was because I brought it in the cold or because it was just the way it is at the supermarket, but it was stiff so I threw it away.
The fountain show with lasers at Icon Siam is amazing.
I went to Pier 1 to go to Satonro, and people were taking tickets.
It was free last year, so I thought I was in the wrong place.
They told me to buy a ticket at the ticket booth, but it’s located further past the drinks vending machine in the back.
It is 8 baht per person.
There are a lot of people waiting in line to get on the boat, but since there are so many people on at one time, people are always busy.
We have dinner at ‘Nalin Kitchen’ right in front of the Robinson Bangrak branch of our accommodation building, and it is a Thai restaurant.
I thought it was an open restaurant, but it was cool, comfortable, and delicious with air conditioning.
‐————————————————————-The next day, since I didn’t eat breakfast, I ate the Yoplait I bought at the convenience store yesterday and went out to do the final laundry.
I looked it up and there didn’t seem to be a laundromat that charged per kilo, and even the coin laundromat didn’t have a dryer.

gl/1vVGxhfXADMR8fNZA If you go into the alley across Robinson’s street from 7-Eleven, there is a laundromat with 17kg and 14kg LG washing machines.
There are no vending machines for detergents and softeners here, so take them with you or buy them at a convenience store.
There is no coin exchange machine, so prepare four 10-baht coins.
All washing machines cost 40 baht and turn on automatically when you put money in.
The washing machine was running for about an hour, and as I walked down to the accommodation, I saw a nice cafe.

Tua is 55 and Ah is 65 baht.
There was wifi and it was perfect for waiting for laundry.
I asked for a clothes drying rack at the front desk, and they sent me a bunch of hangers as well.
‐——————————–I am now on my way home in the car I reserved at Incheon Airport.
Fortunately, it’s not cold today.
Since the Thai Airways flight was at 8 a.
m.
, I made a drop-off reservation for 5:20 a.
m.
The driver was about 5 minutes late, but he arrived on the highway at 6 o’clock on Saturday morning.
I was worried because there were so many cars right before I got off, but it was 6:40 when I went through immigration and entered the duty-free area.
Yesterday, the same flight arrived 30 minutes earlier, but I heard there were a lot of people there, so I was worried, but I was glad.
Thai Airways has many counters open and many self-check-in machines, so the staff helped me, so I didn’t have to wait too long.
When I went through immigration, they asked me if I was Korean and guided me to the automatic passport control, so I went in with ease.
The line for the general screening wasn’t very long either.
This is the end of this trip.
