I went to Holiday Inn about 5 years ago, and I liked quiet Hua Hin, so I went there with my in-laws.
Maybe it’s because it’s been so long.
Maybe it’s because I’ve gotten older.
or because I have to lead a large family, but I didn’t feel the same before and during the trip.
but after coming back home, I found myself looking through the bank card again while eating coconut chips with a rolled app.
I’ll just give out tips focusing on us~1.
ExpensesAfter exchanging 2.
1 million won for 4 nights and 5 days with All Cash, I have about 60,000 won left.
Just in case, I prepared all the newspaper articles, Twol, Trog, and Gln, but I didn’t use them.
I settled the deposit with Mastercard.
Deposit for 3 rooms per night at Holiday Inn – 3000 baht (1000 per room)Deposit for 3 rooms for 3 nights at Hyatt – 18,000 baht (6000 per room)Perhaps because I ate a large breakfast, I skipped over lunch, and because I ate a large dinner, I ended up spending 200,000 to 250,000 won per meal, including restaurant, night market lobster barbecue, and sushi.
Because of the kids, we had to take turns getting massages, so even though we didn’t get one massage a day, we got one to three times depending on the family at a local shop nearby.
I ate plenty and drank a lot of beer, so I didn’t think I had to pay for anything, but this is very personal!2.
TransportationUsed after booking a 9-person round trip van from Bangkok to Hua Hin.
It took 3 to 3 and a half hours to get there, and since I don’t tend to carry a lot of luggage, I only had 2 suitcases, a travel bag, and a personal bag, so I used it spaciously.
When I left, I went directly without taking a break.
I told them in advance that I would stop by a rest area on the way back, and I used it comfortably.
In Hua Hin, Grab Vans were very popular, so it was convenient when using the hotel, market village, or night market.
Tuk-tuk taxis are priced at around 150 baht per taxi, but one Grab van was cheaper than using two.
I used Grab and tuk-tuk taxis as often as possible without any stress.
3.
Holiday InnI took an AirAsia flight at 1 a.
m.
and flew directly to Hua Hingani around 8 o’clock, left my luggage, went to the Market Village food court, had breakfast, and went to the lobby.
I said I wanted to use the water park in advance, so two rooms were prepared and I checked in early, and I was able to enter the water park on paper for the remaining rooms.
So I exchanged my paper and bracelet at the entrance to the water park and entered.
After checking out, we all went to the water park in the same way and moved on to the Hyatt.
When you check in at Holiday Inn, you are given a coin-like token.
Use it well as you can use the console in the game room or have drinks in the water park.
In the past, you could only use PlayStation in the kids club, but with the establishment of a game room next to the lobby, you could use it there and there were mini games such as pocket games and darts.
Kids and adults can enter the kids club wearing socks.
The staff was friendly and it was a great value for money place.
I walked to Aroi for dinner, and since the nearby supermarket was gone, I bought fruit and snacks at the traditional market across from the hotel, and also used the convenience store next door.
4.
HyattThe staff was really friendly and spoke English well, so I stayed at Holiday Inn.
I started praising myself, who thought I was deaf.
By the time I got home, my ears and mouth had opened.
There was an effort made to accommodate all requests for Deluxe Room 2, Guest Room 1, connecting rooms, nearby rooms, and rooms with balconies.
Connecting was really convenient and the room was spacious and clean! The sofa bed is large enough for two people to sleep.
However, the deluxe room was a bit like that, but the guest room smelled a bit like mold.
My parents said it was okay, so they didn’t change the room, but I think they would have told me that the room was like that.
It was nice to change the breakfast a little over the three days, and at the last minute, I learned the taste of eating baked goods, waffles, and plenty of salted caramel bananas, and the gluten-free matcha muffins that were like finger food with jams were really delicious.
The almond croissant was delicious, I ate the mangosteen, and the coffee was strong and delicious.
My parents said the Daldaguri Thai coffee on the last day was delicious.
I’ll give it a pass since I found out about the landscaping, swimming pool, and beach information.
On the last day, I went to McFarland to have dinner at the restaurant in the hotel, and the menu was Western-style and there was a reasonable price range, so I asked about it, and my family said they didn’t really want to eat Western-style food, so we visited for a meal 5 years ago.
I went to Talay Tale, but it was closed.
The restaurant space had been changed into a pet-friendly space.
Lastly, I wanted to enjoy a nice dinner in a place with a nice atmosphere, but I was so, so disappointed.
I was really confused about the two places, McFarland and Talaytale, so I’m telling you in case it helps in advance.
I also participated in the stretching program in the hotel, and I was very happy in the place next to Barai Spa filled with the sound of water and birds.
If you have the chance, try it.
5.
Cicada, Tamarind Night MarketAfter having dinner at Cicada, I was looking for mango shaved ice that someone recommended, and passed by Tamarind.
I thought I would have dinner at Tamarind.
There were a lot more varieties, cheaper prices, and the atmosphere wasn’t bad.
I called right away and came over to Tamarind and had shaved ice with my family.
I really, really want to try mango shaved ice! I don’t like desserts, but it’s so delicious~6.
MassageI visited Ruethaiyen on the first day, one of the nearby places, after making a reservation an hour in advance.
It seemed like they had made a hasty reservation in the room because there were too many guests at that time.
The feeling I got from the market was not good, so when I left the Hyatt, I went to the left.
I went to the sawasdee blue sign across from Amari Hotel.
I received the aroma and asked for Ap Nak Nak, and it was so refreshing that the men’s team at the hotel also went and received it, and everyone was satisfied.
I received it from Yogi the next day as well.
7.
LaundryI was looking around because I had read in advance that the laundry near the Hyatt had been misplaced and that I had been ripped off, but there was a coin laundromat right next to sawasdee massage, so I really took advantage of it!! Awesome!!When I went there just after 10 am, there was a staff member who helped me use it.
He looked at how much laundry we had to do for 9 people and told me to use the washing machine in the middle.
It was 11 kg.
It was 120 baht for washing and drying.
There was a coin exchange machine so they changed it and I asked about adjusting the intensity, but I decided on medium and it seemed like it was probably the drying intensity.
Detergent and softener were all included, and it took about an hour to get the 90-minute massage.
There were other customers there, so they neatly folded it in our laundry basket.
I was so sorry and thankful.
I used it well the night before I came back, so it was easy to clean up after the trip.
8.
Air AsiaI used AirAsia.
I was satisfied with AirAsia.
the time was good, the seats were spacious, and I got a meal for 4 people and purchased 2 pieces of luggage for a total of 9 people for a little less than 270 won.
I think you don’t have to worry about seats or delays.
I didn’t self-check in, but before going to the airport, I saw that the seat assignment was random, and when I asked the staff, they said that seats are assigned in advance before airport check-in.
When I went, I was able to recline my chair 3-3-3 back and forth near the window, which was great, and when I came back, there were 9 people, so it was all there.
It felt like it was stuck.
Last time and this time, it departed on time, but when I got back, I got on one minute late, and one person collapsed before departure, so it was delayed for over an hour, but I guess such unexpected events can’t be helped.
Anyway, I have a lot of intention to use Air Asia^^It was a difficult trip, but it was also healing and memorable, so I’m looking forward to going again.
Oh, by the way!! There are so many people going to the night market, so make sure to hold your children’s hands.
I thought I was going to be in big trouble because my nephew disappeared.
ㅜ It was quiet when I entered the restaurant, but after I left, there were so many people.
It was the adults’ fault.
I’ll throw in one last photo in the hope that it will be helpful to those preparing for their trip^^.
