I would like to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience I had during my recent trip to Bangkok. I stayed at the Athene Hotel for three nights, starting from November 1st. Due to a flight delay in Chiang Mai, I arrived at the hotel slightly later than expected. During the check-in process, I noticed that a representative from The Zori Club was speaking with the front desk staff about delivering fruits. When the lady, who seemed very pleasant, heard my mother’s name, I greeted her and she smiled, handing us a bag filled with mangoes and mangosteen. Although I had occasionally read about fruit reviews, I never expected such a delightful surprise. It was a great start to our stay.
However, there was a minor issue with the room assignment during the check-in process, as it was not as expected. I contacted The Zori Club to explain the situation. To my surprise, within 10 minutes, I received a call from the hotel, apologizing for the inconvenience and offering to change the room. Additionally, The Zori Club representative also called to provide an explanation for the situation. Both the staff at The Zori Club and the Athene Hotel were incredibly friendly and handled the situation with great efficiency. I am sincerely grateful to them for their exceptional service.
I genuinely appreciate the kindness and professionalism exhibited by both The Zori Club and the staff at the Athene Hotel. Their swift response and assistance made a significant positive impact on our experience. I would highly recommend staying at the Athene Hotel and utilizing The Zori Club’s services. The next time I visit Thailand, I will definitely consider staying there again.
